By accessing or using the Flow Woodz Studio website, placing an order, or submitting a custom order enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All products are handcrafted to order. Due to the natural variation in timber and resin, each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images shown on our website.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work commences. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

Dimensions, timber species, and resin colours are confirmed during the design consultation. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Crafting times are estimates only. We will communicate any delays as soon as they arise.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase or deposit.

Delivery costs are calculated separately and will be confirmed prior to finalising your order.

Payment is required in full for in-stock items before dispatch.

For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to commence production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.

We accept payment via methods confirmed at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.

We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your piece upon arrival and notify us of any damage within 48 hours.

We take great care in packaging each piece, but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by third-party carriers once the item has left our studio.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or is materially different from what was agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund at our discretion.

Custom order deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Flow Woodz Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

You may share our content on social media provided you credit Flow Woodz Studio and do not alter the content.

To the extent permitted by law, Flow Woodz Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
